Encompass only paying around $3000. Using After Market parts.

I will pick vehicle up tomorrow morning. I will know more after I inspect the vehicle.

But Customer Service with Encompass certainly leaves a lot to be desired and even the agent I dealt with, the same with him. There is more to Encompass that has pissed me off but I do not have the time now to go into it.

Hit a deer. Est.

damage $4500, Encompass only wants to pay $2900. They want the body shop to use after market and used parts. Body shop does 1st class workmanship refuses to use after market and used parts. Right now, we are at a "stand off".

I am without "wheels" and this situation is only delaying the repairs of my vehicle. I made a bad mistake in taking insurance with Encompass.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $4500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Encompass Insurance Cons: Bad service.
