Encompass Insurance - Looking for update on claim

Called 1 1/2 weeks ago and left message about our a house claim and have not heard back. Called again today and was told if I didn't hear back by the end of the day, then call tomorrow and ask for a manager. No return call today, so I guess I call tomorrow and ask for a manager. Very much not like Encompass. Have been with you since 1991 and only have had exceptional service.

I just had a terrible experience with them- they are very rude and unethical. We even had a video to prove to no fault and they stated 20% our fault.

Terrible people and insurance company. Hard to believe companies like them stay in business.

Encompass Insurance in Columbus, Ohio - Worst Insurance Company

My car was hit at the rear end by a Encompass Insurance Policy holder. Accident happened on 8th Jan 2015. They are not responding till now 13th Jan 2015. They have not got the rental car also. The point of contact just ignores the phone calls and does not respond to emails also. Please do not trust this company. They gave me a call on Friday and said they will get back and they cleverly managed to ignore the phone calls and made me sit without a car over the weekend. On Monday they reserved a car with incorrect details and no pick up date and i was sent back without a car. All this mean time, no one picks the call. And till now no one responded.

it's always someone else's fault!!!that's what happens when you don't get rental thru your own insurance!! sure you reported it to them on the 8th so they were able to reach you immediately..

Encompass Insurance in Springfield, Massachusetts - Vampires, just pain crooks

This summer, they jacked my insurance up by $400 right after a glass-only claim I made. I have a perfect driving record! I found another company that charged 40% less than Encompass. After I switched, I got a "bill" saying do you have new insurance, if not pay $97. I was in the process of disputing it because I obviously got new insurance right away. Then they sent me to a collections agency six days after the "bill's" due date! I'm so angry, I've never been treated so bad by an insurance carrier, I'm 38. I've had many insurance companies and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Crooks.
